I give the students the AOP which has a description on all the sections that they might be asked by the examiner. I them have a sheets that I ask them questions myself and give them a grade out of 20 and then divide by 2, for their final grade. It has worked really well in the past.

Some lessons are jam packed so you might not cover all the tasks, I have done a few task cards to help you, which you could even give to the students to set up.
